Ronaldo Lemos is a lawyer, academic, and expert in technology, law, and public policy. He is the founder of the Institute for Technology and Society of Rio de Janeiro (ITS Rio) and has taught at institutions such as Columbia University, Tsinghua University, and FGV. He is a columnist for Folha de S.Paulo and host of the program Expresso Futuro. Lemos was one of the authors of Brazil’s Internet Bill of Rights (Marco Civil da Internet) and the National IoT Plan. Ken is a lawyer specializing in technology licensing, data privacy, and artificial intelligence (AI) regulation. He recently worked with BlackRock through Re:Link (a partner of Linklaters) and has held positions at Google Cloud and SoftBank’s Vision Fund. While serving as president of the London chapter of the London School of Economics (LSE) alumni association, Ken also co-founded the Future Impact Summit — a conference on technology and social sciences held at LSE. The event drew over 500 participants and featured innovative experiences, such as an AI-powered crisis simulation that explored technological and geopolitical risks through a team-based war game.

For his work, Ken received the Internet 2.0 “Outstanding Leadership” award and was a keynote speaker with the presentation titled “Singularity Games: Upgrading Your Tech Risk Strategy in the Age of AI.” Outside of his professional life, Ken holds a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu at Roger Gracie Academy Moorgate — a practice that inspired his latest initiative, The Negotiation Dojo, a martial arts–based negotiation workshop designed for professionals seeking to sharpen their negotiation skills.

Andriei Gutierrez is a political scientist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, digital innovation, and compliance. He has been a founding partner at Innova Public Affairs since April 2025.
He has worked for major multinational companies in Brazil (Vale SA) and the United States (IBM and Kyndryl), as well as business associations (ABIMAQ, FecomercioSP, and ABES). At Kyndryl, he led government relations across Latin America and global public policy for AI and Network & Edge between 2021 and 2025.
Since 2015, Andriei has been a prominent voice in Brazil’s tech business sector. He currently serves as President of the Brazilian Association of Software Companies (representing over 2,000 IT companies) and Chair of the Digital Economy and Innovation Council at FecomercioSP (which represents more than 2 million companies in commerce, services, and tourism). He also founded and led the LGPD Business Forum and co-founded the movement “Brazil, Digital Nation.” From 2018 to 2025, he served on the Ethics and Compliance Council of BRASSCOM.

Bruno Bioni holds a Ph.D. in Commercial Law and a Master’s degree in Civil Law from the University of São Paulo Law School (USP). Academically, he has served as a study visitor at the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) and the Data Protection Unit of the Council of Europe (CoE), as well as a visiting researcher at the Centre for Law, Technology and Society at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.

Maria Isabel Carvalho Sica Longhi is the Director of Regulatory Affairs for Latin America at Ripple. Prior to joining Ripple, Isabel led the financial regulation team at Google, where she worked for 12 years. She has served on several boards, including Google Pay and Women in Payments.
A specialist in payment regulation, data protection, and fintech, Isabel holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of São Paulo (USP), with additional specializations in Contract Law and Corporate Law.
